Harrisburg area, PA -- Growth oriented promotional company is seeking a dynamic, hands-on facility / production supervisor! This key position will be responsible to overseeing the daily business functions relating to building and property maintenance, production management and all office, production and phone equipment. Major responsibilities include: upkeep of company equipment, phone system maintenance, capital purchasing, maintenance contracts, management of production team and product inventory. The ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple project with changing priorities with effective managing a team of three production staff. Must have top interpersonal and communications skills to interact with management and staff at all levels of the organization. Candidates should have a college degree with previous building, equipment maintenance and production experience. Knowledge of color imprinting and electronic graphic arts programs at plus!
